Our program includes a dedicated time with our Interior Designer allowing you to tailor your new home just for you during construction. Your Sales Manager will work with you to select your apartment and will advise you on your complimentary Live Your Way customisatons.
After selecting your apartment, the next step is to exchange contracts and pay 10% of your purchase price, a process which your Sales Manager will guide you through.
After you have exchanged contracts, our Interior Designer will arrange to meet you at our Live Your Way Design Studio at a time convenient with you. During your meeting she will explain the complimentary design options along with additional options for bespoke customisations. You will have up to 5 hours to work with our Interior Designer to personalise your home.
The next step is to document, and approve your Live Your Way customisation changes, a process which our Interior Designer will guide you through.
During construction all of your Live Your Way customisations will be undertaken so when you move into your new home you don’t need to do any work, its already done for you.
A few weeks before you settle on your apartment you will have the opportunity to inspect your apartment and see your customisatons for the first time.
When construction on your apartment is complete, you will be able to inspect your bespoke apartment. Once you are happy, your contract is then exchanged and you are then ready to move in to your new home!

When purchasing an apartment Off-The-Plan there are usually only very limited changes you are able to make such as carpet and kitchen colours. However with Hyecorp’s Live Your Way we offer the flexibility to design the apartment of your dreams if you purchase in the early stages of selling before construction commences. As the builder, we warrant all of the building works you choose in Live Your Way customisations so you have peace of mind. It is important to remember building works undertaken by you after settlement may void your builders’ warranty but Live Your Way customisations have full warranty from Hyecorp.
Hyecorp are able to offer Live Your Way as we are the architect, builder and developer of all our properties, and can co-ordinate the customisations seamlessly in-house so its a stress-free process for you. If you were to do the customisations yourself after settlement you will need to apply to the body corporate, co-ordinate tradesmen and organise access and delivery of building materials to your apartment and manage building works, but with Live Your Way we look after it all so you can just enjoy your home.
You will have your own Interior Designer to work with you for up to 5 hours to transform your space into the one you envisioned with both function, design and style at the forefront of your home design to truly make your apartment your own.
As Hyecorp are the builder, we warrant all of the building works you choose in Live Your Way customisations so you have peace of mind. It is important to remember building works undertaken by you after settlement may void your builders warranty.
If you were to do the customisations after settlement it will probably cost you additional money. As Hyecorp have large buying powers and teams of tradesmen we are able to offer our Live Your Way bespoke customisations at a very reasonable price.
